Mah new fan charrie I JUST though of a few hours ago. :dummy: Regan the Red-Panda!

Yesh, she looks like a Raccoon, Red-Pandas are related to Racoons so I kinda just ripped the Raccoon Mobian design. ;P

The red/yellow/orange smudges around her hands are flames. She's Pyrokinetic!:dummy:
